Shipping
Shipping Overview
Shipping rates apply to the continental United States only. All orders are shipped via UPS.
If you would like to arrange shipping outside the U.S., please contact us at support@miracle-store.com. All international shipping requests are subject to approval.
We make every effort to ship all fulfillable orders within 5–10 business days.
If an item is made to order, please refer to the product page for current lead times.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons. Miracle is not responsible for carrier transit delays.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping requests placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
Freight & Oversized Orders
Heavy, oversized, or high-quantity orders may ship via freight / LTL carrier.
If you would like a freight shipping quote, please contact support@miracle-store.com prior to placing your order.
Signature Required
Customers may choose to mark their shipment as “Signature Required” to ensure successful delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and be present at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may return the package to the sender or redirect it to an access point. Miracle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping to a Warehouse or Storage Facility
All shipments must be inspected and approved within 10 business days of receipt by the customer or receiving facility.
Any shipping damage or discrepancies must be reported within this timeframe. Miracle is not responsible for damages or discrepancies reported after 10 business days, nor for damages occurring while in the care of a warehouse or storage facility.
Miracle may consider warehousing select large or freight shipments for a monthly fee. To inquire, please contact support@miracle-store.com.
Third-Party Shipping
Customers with a preferred freight carrier must contact their chosen carrier directly to obtain a shipping quote and schedule pickup once the order is complete.
Miracle will provide all necessary shipment details (dimensions, weight, pallet count, etc.) and will prepare and package the shipment in-house.
A Packing & Handling Fee may apply and will be quoted upon request.
Freight Shipments
Oversized items, chandeliers, and high-quantity orders may ship via freight carrier.
Address changes or rerouting requests made directly with the carrier after shipment will be denied. Any delivery changes must be arranged through Miracle and may incur reconsignment fees.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders refused at delivery will incur return shipping costs and a restocking fee equivalent to the original duties and taxes.
By law, Miracle must declare the full retail value of all items shipped. We cannot mark packages as gifts to avoid customs fees. Customs inspections or delays may occur at the discretion of customs authorities.
Sales Tax
Miracle is required to collect sales tax in certain states where applicable by law.
If you have a valid resale certificate on file, you will continue to remain tax-exempt.

Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Original packaging must be included

Items must be returned in resellable condition
Items damaged during return transit, altered, or showing signs of wear may be subject to a Restocking Fee or deemed ineligible for a full refund.
Return Process
Submit a return or exchange request through our support team.
Requests are processed within 1–2 business days. Once approved, a return label will be provided.
Items must be postmarked within 5 business days of approval to remain eligible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchange items will be released once the returned item is received and approved at our warehouse.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify Miracle within 10 business days of receipt and provide photos of the item and packaging.
Approved claims will be replaced promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to:

Late or Missing Refunds

Gifts
Gift recipients may return eligible items for store credit. Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and approved.
